Applicants are asked to submit the following supporting items along with this form:

1. Submission

• Please submit a brief resumé and an artist statement. Please note that applicants must have a Hungarian background.
• Colour images of 10 pieces of artwork sent electronically or if necessary 4x6 photographs. Electronic images can be sent as e-mail attachments (preferred, on an USB stick), or a link to the artist's website containing the above information and images is also acceptable. Include information about each piece of artwork's title, medium and size.
  

2. Payment

• There are two options for payment of membership.
• The first option is a cheque for $ 65.00, made payable to “Hungarian Visual Artists of Canada”, which is the membership due for the first year.
• The second option is useful for those applying electronically--upon acceptance the membership fee can be paid via PayPal on HuVAC's website at JOIN US
• If the membership application is not approved by HuVAC's jurors, your cheque or PayPal credit, along with the other items submitted, will be returned to the artist.
• Applicants will be notified of the jury's decision within one month of the receipt of all materials, including the membership fee and the completed application form.
